摘要
目的对比精神分裂症所致抑郁症患者分别采用度洛西汀、艾司西酞普兰进行治疗的有效性。方法将我院收治的132例精神分裂症所致抑郁患者按照治疗方法分成A组(艾司西酞普兰)与B组(度洛西汀)治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗1周、治疗2周、治疗4周、治疗6周,A组HAMD评分分别为(18.12±4.3)分、(13.66±3.1)分、(9.12±2.8)分、(8.55±2.5)分;B组HAMD评分分别为(18.93±4.4)分、(13.59±3.5)分、(9.82±2.5)分、(8.61±2.4)分;两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症合并抑郁患者临床通过艾司西酞普兰、度洛西汀进行治疗均可获得理想的效果,应在临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the effect of schizophrenia patients with depression caused by respectively using duloxetine and escitalopram citalopram treatment. Methods 132 patients with schizophrenia admitted in our hospital in recent years due to depressed patients were selected, according to the different treatment methods, they were divided into group A （escitalopram citalopram） and group B （duloxetine） , the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results The treatment 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks treatment, HAMD score of group A was （18.12±4.3）, （13.66±3.1）, （9.12±2.8）, （8.55±2.5）; HAMD score of Group B was （18.93±4.4）, （13.59±3.5）, （9.82±2.5）, （8.61±2.4）; There was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The patients with schizophrenia to merge depression clinical through escitalopram citalopram, duloxetine treatment all can get ideal result, should be popularized in clinical application.
