半夏泻心汤联合腹针治疗胃食管反流的临床观察

Banxia Xiexin Decoction Combined with Abdominal Acupuncture in Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux

目的 研究分析半夏泻心汤联合腹针治疗胃食管反流的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年1月-2016年1月我院收治的胃食管反流病患者96例,随机将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组48例。观察组给予中医半夏泻心汤联合腹针方案实施治疗,对照组给予常规西药方案治疗。观察并比较两组患者的临床治疗效果情况。结果 观察组患者临床治疗效果显著高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用半夏泻心汤联合腹针治疗法能有效治疗胃食管反流。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of t Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux. Methods Selected 96 cases with gastroesophageal reflux from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 48 cases in each group. Observation group was given this Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined abdominal Acupuncture, and the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects of two groups were compared. Results The observation group of patients with clinical treatment effect was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux shows good clinical eifficacy.
