中西医结合治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的效果及其对生存质量的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Children with Viral Pneumonia and Its Effect on the Quality of Life

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的效果及其对生存质量的影响。方法 于2014年1月-2016年1月,在我院选择120例小儿病毒性肺炎患儿作为研究对象,将患儿随机分为西药组（n=60）和结合组（n=60）,西药组患儿常规西药治疗,结合组患儿在常规西药基础上进行中药辨证治疗。对比两组患儿的治疗效果及生存质量状况。结果 结合组患儿治疗总有效率与西药组相比明显较高（P〈0.05）。结合组患儿心理、生理状况与西药组相比明显较优（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗能提升治疗效果,改善患儿生存质量。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese combined with western medicine in treatment of children with viral pneumonia and its effect on the quality of life. Methods From January 2014 to January 2016, 120 cases with infantile viral pneumonia in our hospital were selected as subjects. All cases were randomly divided into western medicine group（60 cases） and combination group（60 cases）. Western medicine group was treated with western medicine, and combination group was treated with western medicine combined with Traditional Chinese medicine. Clinical efficacy and quality of life of two groups were compared. Results The treatment group was treated with the combination total efficiency and Western medicine group was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Combined with the group of children with psychological, physiological status and Western medicine group was significantly better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM combined with Western medicine for children with viral pneumonia can improve the therapeutic effect and the quality of life of children.
