柴胡疏肝散联合西药治疗乳腺增生的临床应用

Clinical Application of Radix Bupleuri Liver Combined Western Medicine Treatment of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands

目的研究柴胡疏肝散联合西药治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的乳腺增生患者180例随机分成对照组(n=90)和实验组(n=90),对照组使用维生素、激素等西药治疗,实验组采用柴胡疏肝散联合西药治疗,每疗程30 d,治疗3个疗程后评价患者的治疗效果,比较两组的总有效率。结果对照组的总有效率为76.7%,实验组总有效率为94.4%,两组的总有效率具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散联合西药治疗乳腺增生具有较高的有效率,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of radix bupleuri liver combined the western medicine treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods 180 cases of mammary gland hyperplasia admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group （n=90） and the experimental group （n=90）, the control group was given western medicine treatment such as vitamins, hormones, the experimental group was given the radix bupleuri liver combined western medicine therapy, treatment course was 30 days, the curative effect of patients after treatment three treatment course was evaluated, the total effective rate of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate was 76.7% in the control group, the experimental group total effective rate was 94.4%, total effective rate of two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Radix bupleuri liver powder combined western medicine treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands with high cure rate, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
