中西医结合治疗结核性脑膜炎的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Tuberculous Meningitis

目的观察中西医结合治疗结核性脑膜炎的临床特点和治疗效果。方法本院收治的62例结核性脑膜炎患者进行常规抗结核治疗的同时加用醒脑静注射液。结果本研究的62例患者中有38例治愈,治愈率为61%,有20例有所好转,占32%,无效的有4例,占总体的7%,总效率为93%。结论采用中西药结合治疗的方法对结核性脑膜炎患者进行治疗疗效明显,采用这种治疗方法能很好地改善临床症状,缩短治疗时间。

Objective To observe the clinical characteristics and therapeutic effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of tuberculous meningitis. Methods 62 cases with tuberculous meningitis admitted to our hospital were given routine anti tuberculosis treatment combined with Xingnaojing injection. Results In the study of 62 patients, 38 cases were cured, the cure rate was 61%, 20 cases were improved, the accounted was 32%, 4 cases were invalid, the rate was 7%, the overall efficiency was 93%. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with treatment of patients with tuberculous meningitis treatment has obvious curative effect, treated with this method can well improve the clinical symptoms, shorten the treatment time.
