针灸推拿联合康复训练治疗脑梗死偏瘫的疗效观察

Efficacy of Acupuncture Combined with Massage Therapy Rehabilitation Training for Hemiplegia Cerebral Infarction

目的分析在脑梗死偏瘫患者中使用针灸推拿联合康复训练进行治疗的效果。方法选取我院收治的90例脑梗死偏瘫患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成45例对照组与45例观察组;对照组患者接受常规疗法,观察组在对照组疗法基础上使用针灸推拿联合康复训练进行治疗。结果观察组治疗的总有效率为97.78%,对照组为82.22%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组日常生活能力评分为(85.14±3.47)分,对照组为(66.18±3.61)分,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死偏瘫进行常规疗法基础上的针灸推拿与康复训练联合治疗,有助于进一步提高治疗有效性,对促进患者日常生活能力的恢复具有积极意义。

Objective To analyze efficacy of acupuncture combined with massage therapy rehabilitation training for hemiplegia cerebral infarction. Methods Selected our hospital 90 cases of hemiplegic patients for the study, and were divided into 45 cases in the control group and 45 cases in the observation group; Control group of patients received conventional therapy, and observation group was treated with acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation therapy. Therapeutic effect of two groups was compared. Results After treatment, patients in the observation group total effective rate was 97.78%, 82.22% in the control group, and the observation group was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. After treatment, patients with activities of daily living score of observation group （85.14±3.47） points in the control group （66.18±3.61） points, and the observation group was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclution Acupuncture combined with massage therapy rehabilitation training for hemiplegia cerebral infarction is helpful to improve the effectiveness of treatment and to promote the recovery of patients＆#39; daily life ability.
