预见性护理干预措施对精神分裂症患者自杀自伤行为的影响

Effect of Occurrence of Suicide or Self- injurious Behaviors Predictive Nursing Intervention on Schizophrenia Patients

目的 探讨减少精神分裂症患者自杀自伤行为有效的预见性护理干预措施。方法 选取大庆市第三医院2012年5月-2015年5月期间收治的精神分裂症患者160例的临床资料进行回顾性总结。根据不同的护理方式将全部患者分为常规组（常规护理）和干预组（预见性护理干预）。每组患者为80例。观察两组患者1年内自杀自伤行为的发生率。结果 干预组发生自杀自伤行为事件的总发生率2.5%,明显低于常规组11.3%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 预见性的护理措施可以降低精神分裂症患者自杀自伤行为的发生率,保障了患者的自身安全,提高了护理质量。

Objective To investigate predictive nursing intervention for reducing suicide or self - injurious behaviors on schizophrenia patients. Methods The clinical data of 160 patients with schizophrenia in Daqing third hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the different nursing methods they were divided into routine group （routine nursing） and the intervention group （predictive nursing intervention）. Each group had 80 cases. The incidence of the two groups of patients within 1 years suicide or self - injurious behavior was observed. Results The total incidence rate of intervention group suicide or self -injurious behavior was 2.5% , was significantly lower than the conventional group 11.3%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Foreseeing nursing measures can reduce the incidence of suicide or self - injurious behaviors on patients with schizophrenia, to protect the patients＆#39; safety, improve the quality of nursing care.
