小儿护理工作中肢体语言沟通的临床应用分析

Analysis on the Clinical Application of Body Language Communication in Pediatric Nursing

目的对肢体语言沟通在小儿护理工作的临床应用进行分析。方法选取最近参与治疗的150例患儿,按照传统方式进行护理的60例为对照组;在传统模式之外辅助肢体语言沟通的90例为观察组。比较两组的医嘱遵从度及护理质量评分。结果观察组的完全抵触率为5.6%,完全接受率为45.6%,对照组则分别为15.0%、30.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量评分为(93.7±5.3)分,后者则为(83.4±4.7)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肢体语言沟通可以大幅提升患儿对医嘱的依从性,提高护理质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical application of body language communication in pediatric nursing. Methods A total of 150 patients who had recently participated in the treatment were collected, and 60 cases were treated with the traditional way as the control group, and 90 cases were treated with the auxiliary body language communication on the basis of the traditional model as the observation group, the comply with doctor degree and quality of care score of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the total resistance rate was 5.6%, the complete acceptance rate was 45.6%, and the control group was 15.0% and 30.0%, The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The quality of care score of the observation group was （93.7＆#177;5.3） points, the latter was （83.4＆#177;4.7） points, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Body language communication can significantly improve the compliance of patients with medical advice, improve the quality of care.
