摘要
目的 观察认知护理对乙肝患者治疗依从性及预后的影响。方法回顾性分析2014年12月-2015年12月本院诊治的104例乙肝患者临床资料,设计护理方案时将行常规护理的48例患者设为对照组,将行认知护理的56例患者设为研究组,对比两组治疗依从性及预后情况。结果 研究组治疗总依从率比对照组高（P〈0.05）;研究组治疗后生活质量各维度评分均比对照组高（P〈0.05）。结论 乙肝患者治疗期间给予有效的认知护理,可有效提高其依从性,改善生活质量,促进患者早日恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the influence of cognitive nursing on the treatment compliance and prognosis of patients with hepatitis B. Methods The clinical data of 104 patients with hepatitis B in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. When designing nursing plan, 48 cases of routine nursing were set as control group, 56 cases of cognitive nursing were set as research group. Two groups of treatment compliance and prognosis were compared. Results The total compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The scores of QOL in the study group were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of hepatitis B patients with effective cognitive nursing, can effectively improve their compliance, improve the quality of life, promote the early recovery of patients, it is worthy of clinical application.
