舒适护理模式下应用口腔外科涡轮牙钻拔除下颌阻生齿的应用效果观察

Effect of Oral and Mandibular Teeth Extracted with Oral Surgery Turbine Dental Drill Application of Comfort Nursing Mode

目的 分析在口腔外科涡轮牙钻拔除下颌阻生齿中应用舒适护理模式的效果。方法 选取我院口腔外科门诊2015年10月-2016年4月所接收的下颌阻生齿拔除患者共66例,平均分为两组,参照组患者行基础护理模式,实验组行舒适护理模式,对两组患者护理后的效果进行对比评价。结果 行舒适护理的实验组患者总体满意度优于参照组患者,且差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 将舒适护理模式应用于涡轮牙钻拔除下颌阻生齿中,效果良好,对临床研究具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Mandibular teeth patients applied with oral surgery dental drill extraction turbine under comfort nursing model. Methods 66 cases of mandibular impacted tooth extraction with the oral surgery clinic in our hospital from October 2015 to April 2016, all the patients were divided into two groups, the reference group was treated with basic nursing mode, the experimental group was given the comfortable nursing mode, effect of nursing of patients in the two groups was compared and evaluated. Results The overall patient satisfaction of the comfortable nursing of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comfortable nursing mode applied to the turbine of extracting impacted mandibular third molar, the effect is good, it has important significance for clinical research.
