儿童化脓性扁桃体摘除术围手术期护理

Perioperative Nursing Care of Children with Purulent

目的探讨儿童化脓性扁桃体摘除术围手术期的护理措施及临床效果。方法对105例化脓性扁桃体摘除术患儿实施系统的围手术期护理。结果 105例患者均痊愈出院,无不良并发症发生。结论对扁桃体摘除患儿实施有计划、有目的的围手术期护理,有利于术后康复,能够有效降低术后并发症的发生,提高患儿生存质量。

Objective To explore the nursing measures and clinical effect of the perioperative period in children with purulent. Methods 105 children with purulent were selected and were given perioperative nursing care. Results 105 patients were cured and discharged without adverse complications. Conclusion It is beneficial to the postoperative rehabilitation of the patients with the implementation of the planned and purposeful perioperative nursing, which can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of the patients.
