溶血样本对肝功能检验准确性的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Hemolysis Sample on the Accuracy of Liver Function Test

目的：分析溶血样本对肝功能检验准确性的影响。方法选择2015年1～12月进行体检的89例患者的血液标本作为研究对象，将患者血清处理成为溶血和非溶血标本。对两组标本中的ALT、AIB、TP、TBIL等指标结果进行分析和对比。结果溶血标本中的TBIL等指标相对于非溶血标准明显下降，对比结果，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；此外，溶血标本中的AST、ALT等指标对比正常标本明显上升，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论溶血样本对肝功能检验准确性造成很大的影响，因此临床检验中一定要做好血液标本的收集与检验，预防溶血的发生。

Objective To analyze effects of hemolysis sample on the accuracy of liver function test. Methods From January 2015 to December 2015, a medical blood samples of 89 patients were selected as the research object, the patient treated as hemolysis and non-hemolytic serum specimens. ALT, AIB, TP, TBIL indicators such as the results were analyzed and compared. Results The index of TBIL in hemolysis sample relative to the hemolysis standard signiifcantly decreased, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈 0.05）; In addition, the hemolysis of AST, ALT and other indicators in the sample contrast specimens of normal rise obviously, there were also statistically signiifcant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hemolysis sample has great effects on the accuracy of liver function test, so must be blood specimen collection in clinical inspection and testing, prevent the happening of the hemolysis.
