溶血对临床生化检验的影响分析

Study on Hemolysis Impact on Clinical Biochemical Test

目的探究溶血对临床生化检验的影响。方法从我院选取120例体检健康的志愿者,对这些志愿者进行临床生化分析研究。对照组所抽取的血液进行正常程序的检验,而实验组所抽取的血液进行生化检验,并且对两组生化指标差异进行记录。结果实验组志愿者的临床生化指标,如总胆红素、直接胆红素、谷丙转氨酶以及谷草转氨酶指标明显高于对照组志愿者,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经过研究表明,溶血对于临床生化检验的一些指标结果影响很大,可能会影响对于病情的判断,耽误治疗。

Objective Hemolysis impact on clinical biochemical test is to be analyzed. Methods Chose 120 healthy volunteers and make a biochemical analysis on them. Each volunteer are exsanguinated with two tubes and separate these blood samples into control group and study group. Samples in control group are tested with normal procedure, while samples in study group are given biochemical test, and then make a record on biochemical index differences between two groups. Results Patients’ clinical biochemical indicators in study group, including direct bilirubin, total bilirubin, ALT, and AST are much higher than counterparts in control group, and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hemolysis exerts great impact on clinical biochemical test;it could inlfuence diagnosis accuracy and hold up patients’ treatment.
