摘要
目的探讨老年慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉采用鼻内镜下手术治疗的效果。方法将104例老年慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者随机分为研究组(鼻内镜下手术)与对照组(传统手术)。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组、对照组临床有效率分别为96.2%、80.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生率对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉采用鼻内镜下手术治疗的效果显著。
Objective To investigate curative effect of nasal endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in elderly patients. Methods 104 cases of elderly patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were randomly divided into study group （endoscopic sinus surgery） and control group （conventional surgery）. Comparison of two groups of treatment effect. Results Study group and control group were 96.2% and 80.8%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; The incidence rate of postoperative complications was significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in the elderly were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery.
