早期整形修复对烧伤整形患者疗效及二次手术率的影响

The Effect of Early Plastic Surgery on Patients With Burn and the Rate of Second Operation

目的研究早期整形修复对烧伤整形患者治疗疗效及二次手术率的影响。方法本次研究选取2014年10月～2015年10月在我院进行整形修复的烧伤整形患者，将70例患者根据不同的整形修复时间分为两组，每组35例患者。其中，对照组患者在伤后10天以后进行整形修复，观察组在伤后10天内进行整形修复。对比两组烧伤整形患者的整形修复率、皮肤恢复、功能恢复情况和二次手术率。结果观察组烧伤整形患者的整形修复率、皮肤恢复、功能恢复情况和二次手术率均优于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论早期整形修复可使烧伤整形患者的创面愈合，皮肤恢复美观，使二次手术率降低。

Objective To study the effect of early plastic surgery on the patients with burn and plastic surgery and the effect of the second operation rate. Methods From October 2014 to October 2015, 70 cases of patients with burn were selected and divided into two groups according to the different plastic repair time, 35 cases in each group. Control group was treated with plastic repair after 10 days, observation group was treated with plastic repair within 10 days. To Compare indicators of two groups. Results The plastic repair rate, skin recovery and recovery of the function and the second operation rate of observation group were better than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early plastic repair can make the wound healing in patients with burns, skin appearance, the second operation rate decreased.
