摘要 目的:探讨两种不同手术方式在复杂性输尿管结石治疗中的临床价值。方法本研究回顾性分析了2013年6月~2015年6月我院收治的60例复杂性输尿管结石患者的临床资料,其中30例使用输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗的患者作为研究组,另外30例进行输尿管切开取石术的患者作为对照组,并进行比较分析。结果(1)研究组在手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间方面均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两组的碎石成功率、结石排净率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)两组患者术中、术后并发症发生率比较,研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗复杂性输尿管结石效果确切,具有微创、安全、高效等优点。 Objective To explore clinical value of two surgical procedures for complicated ureteral calculi. Methods 60 cases of complicated ureteral caiculi patients were divided into study group and control group from June 2013 to June 2015, 30 cases of patients treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope as study group, 30 cases of patients treated with Ureter olithotomy as control group ,and to compare the curative effect of two groups. Results (1) There were statistically signiifcant differences of the mean operative time ,intraoperative blood loss and the average hospitalization time between two groups (P〈0.05). (2) There was no statistically significant differences between two groups of both the total success rate of lithotripsy and the stone clearance rate in the post-operation (P〉0.05).(3) There was statistically signiifcant difference of the incidence rate of severe complications between two groups operation and after operation (P〈0.05). Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of complicated ureteral calculi has exact effect. It has the advantages of minimally invasive,safe and effective.
