腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与传统开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效比较

Comparison of Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic Uterine Fibroids and Traditional Open Surgery in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

目的对比分析腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与传统开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者100例为研究对象,将其分为对照与观察两组,对照组进行传统开腹手术,观察组进行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的术中出血量显著少于对照组,手术时间、术后住院时间、肛门排气时间以及下床时间短于对照组,手术成功率高于对照组。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效显著。

Objective Comparative analysis of clinical efficacy of laparoscopic uterine ifbroids and traditional open surgery in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods 100 cases of patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital were selected as the research objects and were divided into controlgroup and observation group, control group was treated with traditional laparotomy, observation group were performed laparoscopic uterine fibroids, to compare results of two groups. Results Intraoperatie blood loss of observation group was signiifcantly less than that of control group, operation time, postoperative hospital stay, anal exhaust time and bed time were shorter than the control group, the operation success rate was higher than that of control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic uterine ifbroids in the treatment of uterine ifbroids has obvious effects.
