本文通过对1例肠道手术患者的治疗过程,分析患者用药的合理性及效果,并着重探讨了手术前后患者血浆白蛋白的变化,术后白蛋白降低可能与患者在接受手术时的应激性创伤有关,在手术过程中,机体免疫系统发挥作用,导致大量的炎性因子表达,炎性因子需要大量的载体蛋白,所以影响到了蛋白的分布;应激性创伤可以导致周围循环衰竭,血管内皮功能改变,白蛋白进入组织间液,导致血清白蛋白降低,术后补充白蛋白不一定能达到确切的疗效。
