藤黄酸抑制人食管癌ECA-109细胞增殖及MMP2分泌

摘要 目的探讨藤黄酸(gambogic acid)对人食道癌ECA-109细胞生物学行为的影响。方法用MTT法检测不同浓度的藤黄酸对ECA-109细胞增殖的抑制的作用;用ELISA实验检测金属蛋白酶MMP2蛋白的表达水平。结果藤黄酸能明显抑制ECA-109细胞的增殖,IC50值为140.18 mg/L。藤黄酸能抑制ECA-109细胞分泌MMP2蛋白。结论藤黄酸对于ECA-109细胞可以抑制其增殖,并能抑制其分泌MMP-2蛋白的功能。 Objective It is to research the effect of gambogic acid (GA) on the biological behavior of human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in ECA-109 cells. Methods The effects of gambogic acid on proliferation of ECA-109 cell was detected by MTT assay. ELISA assay was used to detected the level of MMP2. Results Gambogic acid can significantly inhibit the proliferation of ECA-109, IC50 is 140.18 mg/L. Gambogic acid aslo can inhibit the ECA-109 from secreting MMP2 protein. Conclusion As for ECA-109, gambogic acid can inhibit its proliferation as well as inhibit it from secreting MMP2 protein.
