糖尿病门诊患者用药常见问题分析

Analysis of Common Problems About Diabetes Outpatients' Medication

目的分析与探讨糖尿病门诊患者用药过程中出现的常见问题。方法选取于我院慢性病管理门诊就诊及住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者80例,分析门诊患者用药情况中出现的问题进行总结和分析。结果 80例患者中有30例在就诊时血糖浓度持续不达标,血糖不达标率为37.5%,显著高于英国糖尿病前瞻性研究中所提出的药物治疗糖尿病血糖浓度不达标率(12.7%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);也高于本院住院糖尿病患者的血糖浓度不达标率(16.3%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为规范糖尿病门诊患者的用药,应从开展规范化教育,饮食搭配的合理性,定期监测血糖指标及改变不良生活习惯等多角度对出现的问题进行改善与预防。

Objective To analyze common problems occurred in medication process of diabetes outpatients. Methods 80 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes treated in our outpatient department of chronic disease management were selected as study objects, the problems occurred in medication process were summarized and analyzed. Results Among 80 patients in this study, there were 30 patients at the time of treatment with blood glucose concentration continuous dissatisfaction, with the rate of 37.5%, which was signiifcantly higher than the dissatisfaction rate （12.7%） proposed by UK Prospective Diabetes Study. The difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）, and also higher than that of inpatients in our hospital （16.3%）. The difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In order to regulate diabetes outpatient medication, improvement and preventions should be carried out from standardized education, reasonable diet, regular monitoring of blood sugar, changing bad habits and many other perspectives.
