银杏叶提取物注射液与利多卡因联合治疗突发性耳聋的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Injection Combined With Lidocaine in the Treatment of Sudden Hearing Loss

目的：探讨银杏叶提取物注射液与利多卡因联合治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果及价值。方法按照时间顺序将我院于2015年1月～2016年1月收治的40例突发性耳聋患者分为两组，采用银杏叶提取物注射液治疗的对照组（20例）和采用银杏叶提取物注射液与利多卡因联合治疗的观察组（20例），对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组，两组对比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05， t=15.0315）。结论对突发性耳聋患者实施银杏叶提取物注射液与利多卡因联合治疗，效果显著。

Objective Clinical effect and signiifcance of Ginaton combined with Lidocaine in treatment of sudden hearing loss are to be investigated. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 40 cases of patients with sudden hearing loss who were treated in hospital were separated into two groups according to their hospital-visitation date sequence, 20 patients in control group were given Ginaton medication treatment, while another 20 patients in study group were given Ginaton combined with Lidocaine treatment, and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Treatment efficacy is much higher in study group compared to that in control group;There is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05, t=15.031 5）. Conclusion Extract of ginkgo biloba injection combined with Lidocaine treatment is quite effective for sudden hearing loss.
