地屈孕酮与黄体酮胶丸对先兆流产的治疗价值比较

To Compare the Value of Dydrogesterone and Progesterone Soft Capsules in the Treatment of Threatened Abortion

目的比较地屈孕酮和黄体酮胶丸治疗先兆性流产的临床效果。方法选取在我院治疗的76例先兆流产患者,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,两组各38例。对照组采用黄体酮胶丸治疗,观察组采用地屈孕酮治疗。结果对照组和观察组保胎成功率分别为78.9%和94.7%,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后孕酮水平分别为(137.5±22.3)nmol/L和(138.4±23.1)nmol/L,组间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论先兆性流产采用地屈孕酮治疗效果较黄体酮胶丸治疗效果显著。

Objective To compare clinical effects of dydrogesterone and progesterone soft capsules in the treatment of threatened abortion. Methods 76 cases of patients with threatened abortion in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 38 cases in each group. Control group was used by progestin capsule treatment, observation group was used by the lfexor progesterone therapy. Results The success rate of control group and observation group were 78.9%and 94.7%respectively, the difference was statistically signiifcant between two groups （P〈0.05）, progesterone levels in two groups were （137.5±22.3） nmol/L and （138.4±23.1） nmol/L, the difference was not statistically signiifcant between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Threatened abortion by progesterone treatment with Progesterone Soft Capsules bend treatment signiifcantly.
