中医活血化瘀法治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Therapeutic Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

目的：分析中医活血化瘀法治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法选择2014年6月～2015年5月我院收治的74例子宫肌瘤患者作为观察对象，应用随机数法将其分为实验组与对照组，每组各37例患者。对照组患者给予米非司酮进行治疗；实验组患者则使用中医活血化瘀法进行治疗。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组患者治疗后的血清促卵泡刺激素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）、黄体生成素（LH）等指标均得到下降（P＜0.05）。结论中医活血化瘀法治疗子宫肌瘤的效果好、并能够显著改善患者的激素水平。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of the treatment of uterine myoma with the method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Methods From June 2014 and May 2015, 74 patients with uterine fibroids were treated in our hospital, the application of random number method will be divided into experimental group and control group, 37 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given mifepristone for treatment, the experimental group was treated with the method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Results Treatment of patients in the experimental group the total efficiency was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the patients in the experimental group the serum follicle stimulating thorn hormone （FSH）, estradiol（E2）,luteinizing hormone （LH） and other indicators were decreased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of uterine ifbroids with the method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, and can signiifcantly improve the hormone levels of patients.
