摘要
目的：分析PDCA改善循环法在放射科护理安全管理中的运用效果。方法选取2011年3月～2014年5月在我院放射科进行检查和治疗的患者120例，对照组给予常规护理，实验组给予PDCA改善循环法护理。结果实验组护理满意度和不良事件发生率均明显对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论PDCA改善循环法用于放射科护理安全管理中的作用突出。
Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA in nursing safety management in the Department of radiology. Methods 120 cases of radiation department in our hospital from March 2011 to May 2014, the control group given basic nursing plan, the experimental group given PDCA. Results In the experimental group, the incidence of nursing satisfaction and adverse events were signiifcantly compared with the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of PDCA to improve the circulation method used in the safety management of the Department of radiology is prominent.
