胃空肠造口术后并发症在经皮内镜下的护理研究

目的探讨胃空肠造口术后并发症在经皮内镜下的护理方法及效果。方法选取在我院行经皮内镜下胃、空肠造口术患者82例,并进行并发症护理。结果 5例患者出现并发症,对症治疗后治愈。结论术中对患者进行仔细操作,术后良好护理,重视对患者的健康教育,有利于患者并发症的降低。

Objective To investigate the nursing methods and effect of postoperative complications after percutaneous endoscopic surgery for patients with gastric Jejunum Stoma. Methods 82 cases of patients in our hospital who underwent percutaneous endoscopic gastric and Jejunum Stoma were selected, and the nursing care of the complications was carried out. Results 5 cases of patients with complications, symptomatic treatment to cure. Conclusion Careful operation, postoperative good care, attention to the patient＇s health education, is conducive to the reduction of the complications of patients.
