知信行护理干预对癌痛规范治疗患者生活质量的影响

The Influence of Patients' Life Quality by Standard Treatment of KAP Nursing Intervention for Cancer Pain

目的分析知信行护理干预对癌痛规范治疗患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年6月～2015年12月我院肿瘤内科收治的肿瘤患者70例，将所有患者随机分为两组，每组各35例。对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组在常规护理模式的基础上实行知信行护理干预模式，分析比较两组患者生活质量。结果观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论知信行护理干预可有效增加癌痛患者对癌痛和癌症的认知度，提高治疗依从性，对提高患者的生活质量，促进身体恢复具有重要作用。

Objective To analyse the inlfuence of patients ＇ life quality by standard treatment of KAP nursing intervention for cancer pain. Methods To selected 70 cases of patients with tumors at the medical oncology of our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015, to randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine nursing mode, the treatment group was given the KAP nursing intervention based on the routine nursing mode, to analysed the patients ＇ life quality of them. Results The life quality score of the treatment group was signiifcantly greater than the control group, there was statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The KAP nursing intervention able to effective increasing the cognition degree of cancer pain and cancer, to improve the treatment compliance, and has an important effect for improving the patients ＇ life quality and promoting the body recovery.
