小儿骨科护患纠纷的原因与对策分析

Reasons and Countermeasures of Nursing Disputes in Pediatric Orthopedic

目的探讨小儿骨科发生护患纠纷的主要原因及其有效的防范对策。方法选取我院小儿骨科收治的1 167例患儿,对其中发生护患纠纷的原因进行分析。结果在13例护患纠纷中,包括护理人员的护理水平不高3例(23.08%)、沟通不到位5例(38.47%)、收费问题1例(7.69%)、法律意识淡薄1例(7.69%)、健康教育不到位2例(15.38%)、其他1例(7.69%)。结论在小儿骨科,很多因素都会引发护患纠纷的发生,护理人员要提升护理技能与法律意识、加强护理沟通等方面入手,采取有效措施来防范护理纠纷的发生。

Objective In order to investigate the reasons and countermeasures of nursing disputes in pediatric orthopedic. Methods 1 167 cases of children were selected,we analyzed the reasons of nursing disputes. Results In 13 cases of nurse-patient disputes, it includes a lower level of care nursing in 3 cases（23.08%）,lack of communication in 5 cases （38.47%）, the issue of fees in 1 case （7.69%）, lack of legal awareness in 1 case （7.69%）, lack of health educationin 2 cases （15.38%）, the other in 1 case （7.69%）.Conclusion In pediatric orthopedics, many factors will lead to the occurrence of disputes between nurses and patients, nurses need to upgrade nursing skills and legal awareness,strengthen communication and so on, and take effective measures to prevent the occurrence of nursing dispute.
