摘要
目的：探析小儿病毒性心肌炎在急诊治疗中的临床护理方法，并对取得的护理效果进行分析。方法本次研究选取2015年3月～2016年3月我院收治的88例病毒性心肌炎患儿为对象，将所有患者随机分为两组，每组各有患者44例，命名为对照组和试验组。其中对对照组的患者采用常规护理，试验组的患者给予临床优质护理，两组患者在不同的护理下，对比两组患者取得的治疗效果和对临床护理满意度的对比分析。结果试验组患者经护理后患者取得的临床治疗总有效率、患者对临床护理的满意度均明显高于对照组，两组对比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对病毒性心肌炎患儿在进行急诊治疗是采用临床优质护理能明显提高患者的生命质量，提高治疗满意度和治疗效果。
Objective To explore clinical nursing methods of children with viral myocarditis in emergency treatment. And to analyze the effect of nursing. Methods This study selected 88 cases of children with viral myocarditis in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016, all the patients were randomly divided into two groups, 44 patients in each group, named as control and test groups. Wherein patients in the control group with conventional treatment, patients in the test group given high-quality clinical care in different care, treatment compared two groups of patients achieved clinical care and the comparison of two groups of patients satisfaction analysis. Results The experimental group patients with clinical care of patients after total efficiency achieved, patients were significantly higher in patients with clinical care satisfaction, there are obvious differences between the two groups was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Children with viral myocarditis during emergency treatment is the use of clinical quality care can signiifcantly improve the quality of life of patients and improve treatment satisfaction and treatment.
