责任制整体护理在呼吸内科优质护理服务中应用的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Responsibility System Holistic Nursing Care in Application of High-quality Nursing Service in Respiratory Medicine

目的：总结责任制整体护理在呼吸内科优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法选择我院于2014年5月～2015年5月呼吸内科收治的80例患者，作为此次实验研究对象。按照临床护理方案的不同，分为采取常规护理的对照组以及采取责任制整体护理的实验组，对比两组临床护理效果。结果对比两组呼吸内科患者的健康知识掌握程度、护理满意度等指标，实验组优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论呼吸内科治疗中实施责任制整体护理能够直接改善住院患者的生活质量、提高患者对于疾病发生的知识掌握，促进整体治疗以及预后效果。

Objective To summarize the overall accountability effect nursing quality care in respiratory medicine in. Methods From May 2014 to May 2015, 80 cases of patients admitted in the department of respiratory medicine were selected as the study objective in our hospital. According to different clinical care programs, take into routine care of the reference group and the experimental group to take responsibility for the overall care, compared two groups of clinical care beneifts. Results Health knowledge compared two groups of patients with respiratory medicine master degree nursing satisfaction and other indicators, the experimental group was significantly better than the reference group, P 〈0.05. Conclusion Treatment of Respiratory Medicine and accountability for implementation of holistic nursing can directly improve the quality of life of a hospitalized patients, improve patient knowledge of the disease control and promote the overall treatment and prognosis.
