血液透析联合血液灌流治疗有机磷农药中毒的观察与护理

Observation and Nursing Care of Patients With Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning Treated With Hemodialysis Combined With Blood Perfusion

目的探讨血液透析联合血液灌流治疗有机农药中毒的效果与护理措施;方法选取的重度有机磷农药中毒的患者40例,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各20例,对照组给予一般治疗方法与护理,试验组给予血液透析联合血液灌流治疗并给予相关护理措施干预;结果试验组患者的治疗效果优于对照组,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上应用血液透析联合血液灌流治疗有机磷农药中毒的效果显著,提高了患者的治愈率,减少了并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the nursing measures and effect on the treatment of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning by hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis. Methods 40 patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were collected and randomly divided into research group and control group, 20 cases in each group,the control group were treated with general treatment and nursing care, and the research group were treated with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis and related nursing care intervention. Results The therapeuticeffects of research group was better than the control group, the difference between this two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Conventional treatment combined with hemoperfusion-hemodialysis could improve the therapeutic effect and cure rates of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, and reduce complications.
