摘要
目的探究个性化护理在肿瘤患者化疗期间PICC置管中的应用。方法选取98例肿瘤患者进行化疗且采取PICC置管,随机分两组,分别给予个性化护理以及常规护理,探究相关指标的差异性。结果观察组一次置管成功率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理在肿瘤患者化疗期间PICC置管中具有一定的效果。
Objective To explore personalized care during cancer chemotherapy PICC catheter application. Methods To Select 98 cases of cancer patients taking chemotherapy and PICC catheter, then were randomly divided into two groups, were given personalized care and routine care to explore differences related indicators.Results Observation group once catheterization success rate was higher incidence of adverse reactions than the control group, satisfaction with care was higher （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Personalized care PICC catheter has a certain effect in cancer patients during chemotherapy.
