摘要
介绍青岛某新城售楼处网架结构施工过程中出现的问题及施工方法,进行了卸载过程中的仿真分析与健康监测。针对这种较大面积单体多点支撑的网架结构特点,设计该网架的监测方案,包括监测条件、测点布置与监测方法。与MIDAS/Gen有限元软件的理论分析结果进行对比,验证该结构在自重荷载下的吊装安全性。同时,进行整个卸载过程的理论数据与监测数据的对比分析。最后,针对网架结构施工过程存在的施工偏差对其进行了可靠性分析。
The construction method of space truss structure of sales office is introduced,which located at one new city of Qingdao,and unloading simulation and monitoring for the space truss structure were done. For the particularity of space truss structure of this large-area monomer multipoint support,combining with the characteristics of the space truss structure,the monitoring scheme of space truss structure was designed,including monitoring conditions,arrangement of measuring points and monitoring method,compared with the analysis results of the theory of finite element software MIDAS / Gen,to verify the safety of the structure under the gravity load. The comparisons between theoretical data and monitoring data during the whole process of unloading were done,a certain reference was provided for security design of soft and large span of space truss structure. Finally,considering the construction deviation in construction process of the spatial truss structure,the reliability analysis was done,the results show that the space truss structure has higher reliability.
