摘要
白浪河大桥摩天轮工程采用创新的固定立体环状结构形式,采用编织网格形式轮盘,轮盘内部不设轮辐索杆体系,建成后为世界上直径最大、高程最高的无轴式摩天轮结构。由于其结构形式特殊、无可供参考的实际工程,对其关键建造技术进行研究。经方案比选,采用"现场地面分段拼接、支撑架辅助高空原位组装"进行施工,实践结果表明:该方案施工安全、技术可靠、精度易于控制、可操作性强。
The novel vertical ring-shaped structure was adopted for Bailanghe Bridge Ferris wheel,which would be the highest and had the biggest diameter among the no shaft Ferris wheels after being completed. The innovative structural style that installed mesh-woven fabric but no spoke-type cable-strut system was in application originally. Due to the special structural characteristics and rare engineering data to refer to,the construction method of this project was researched. Through the scheme comparison,the method that assembled segmentation by segmentation on the ground,supported the hub on the key-points via the temporary structure, hoisted and installed the section at the original position as design requirements was determined at last. Meanwhile,the details was introduced based on the engineering practice. The result shows that the internal force and deformation during construction process meet requirements,the construction is safe,rational and reliable,and will be a good reference for the future practice.
