摘要
以北京某地区深基坑工程为背景,采用工程经验法和有限元模拟2种方法,对施工过程中造成的坑底隆起、建筑物差异沉降进行估算,分别指出了基坑最大变形值和建筑物相对危险源,分析了2种方法的优缺点,揭示了2种方法对工程预估的现实意义。提出了基坑开挖过程中自由地表的沉降方程以及坑底隆起与开挖深度之间的指数关系。
According to the engineering practice in Beijing,engineering experience and finite element simulation are applied to estimate the bottom uplift,the building differential settlement caused by the construction process. It respectively indicated maximum deformation values of foundation excavation and the relative hazard of building,the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are analyzed,revealing the significance of their project estimates. It made the equation of free surface settlement,exponential relationship between bottom uplift and excavation depth.
