摘要
结合南京地铁机场线复合地层盾构隧道施工,提出了盾构适应性选型、改制的基本原则和方法,介绍了刀具磨损与更换、土体改良、注浆工艺、施工参数优化设置等方面的研究成果与实践经验。同时,总结了穿越几种典型地层包括禄口国际机场滑行道、停机坪的施工技术措施。
Based on the shield tunnel construction in composite strata in Airport Line of Nanjing Metro,principle and method of adaptable selection,transformation of composite metro shield are put forward,the corresponding research finding and construction experiences about abrasion and replacing of cutters,soil improvement,grouting technology and optimization of construction parameters setting are introduced and discussed. Meanwhile,techniques of tunneling in several typical strata and tunneling across runways,tarmac of Lukou International Airport are presented.
