摘要
针对黄河路站—紫荆山站区间左线盾构到达端头埋深大、水位高、地质全断面粉砂及场地狭小等特点,需采取盾构接收辅助措施,方可保证工程施工安全。从方案的适用性、安全性、施工难度、工期及经济性等方面,对盾构常规接收方案、盾构土中接收方案、钢套筒接收方案进行了比选,最终选用钢套筒接收方案。从筒体、反力架、洞门连接等方面对钢套筒进行了设计研究,同时对盾构法施工钢套筒接收关键技术进行了详尽论述,主要包括确定合理的端头加固方法及范围、洞门凿除工序设计、钢套筒各部件安装技术分析、盾构进洞段的分阶段掘进等。
Aiming at the difficulties of shield arrival acceptance,such as deep occurrence,high water level,narrow place,and so on,shield receive auxiliary measures were adopted. Based on the comparison of shield regular receiving,shield receiving in the soil,and steel sleeve receiving scheme,steel sleeve receiving scheme was selected from the aspects of applicability,security,constructional difficulties,construction period and economical efficiency. Steel sleeve was designed from the aspects of barrel,reaction frame,portal connection,and so on. Steel sleeve receiving technology for shield construction was expounded,which mainly included strengthening methods and scope,design of the portal chisel process,steel sleeve parts installation technical analysis,advancing in stages for shield entry engineering. Hoping to provide reference for the other similar projects,in the aspect of shield arrival and risk management.
