摘要
为预测干式双离合器温度,防止其在工作过程中温度超出极限范围,开发了一种适用于实时控制系统的干式双离合器温度计算模型。利用集总参数法对离合器简化模型进行热力学分析,构建温度计算离散数学模型,求解各温度节点的温度值。对比结果表明该温度计算模型具有较高的准确性,满足工程计算要求,为后续进行基于温度的控制提供了良好的数据基础。
In order to predict the temperature of the dry dual clutch system and avoid it exceeding safety margin. An temperature calculation model which is suitable for real time controller is developed. A thermodynamic analysis on the simplified model of the clutch system is carried out by employing lumped parameters method. Then a discrete mathematical model of temperature calculation is built. According to the mathematical model,temperature of each node could be calculated. The comparison results show that the model has the high accuracy and satisfies the requirement of engineering calculation,it can provide required data for the control system based on the temperature.
