摘要 圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮是一种具有啮合性能好、重合系数大、传动平稳、噪声低、效率高、使用寿命长等特点的新型齿轮副,其能够很好的弥补现有齿轮传动副的不足。为了进一步研究其特性,根据旋转刀盘法加工圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮的原理和啮合原理,推导了其齿面方程;同时,利用二次开发技术,模拟旋转刀盘法完成了其参数化建模设计,提高了建模效率和有效性,为后续的仿真分析提供了正确的三维模型。 The cylindrical gear with arc tooth trace is a novel cylindrical gear with the features of good meshing performance,large overlap coefficient,smooth transmission,low noise,high efficiency,long service life and so forth. It can make up the deficiency of the existing gear transmission pairs. In order to further study its characteristic,the tooth surface equation is deduced according to the processing principle of rotationary cutter for the cylindrical gear with arc tooth trace and meshing principle. Also,in order to improve the modeling efficiency,the parametric three- dimensional modeling of the rotating disk method is completed based on the secondary development technology. This provides the correct 3D model for the following simulation analysis.
