摘要
为实现奥利康制摆线齿锥齿轮齿面数字化设计及指导切齿加工,基于VC编程软件及MATLAB绘图功能开发了摆线齿锥齿轮切齿计算与啮合仿真的计算机软件系统。该软件系统不仅包括几何参数设计、刀具参数计算及切齿参数计算等基本计算模块,而且还具有齿面数值仿真、齿面失配分析及齿面啮合分析等仿真功能。实例表明,利用该软件系统可以快速精确设计加工参数,为摆线齿锥齿轮加工提供理论指导。
In order to achieve tooth surface digital design and direct machining process for Oerlikon cycloid bevel gear,the machine setting calculation and meshing simulation software is developed based on VC and MATLAB software platform. The software system not only includes geometry parameter calculation,cutter head parameter calculation and machine setting parameter calculation,but also can complete tooth surface numerical simulation,tooth mismatch analysis and tooth contact analysis. The example indicates that the accurate machine setting parameter can be acquired quickly by using the developed software,and it will provide theoretical guide for cycloid bevel gears machining.
