The Reconstruction of Traditional Governance Resources Under the Visual Threshold of Rural Governance Modernization

传统治理资源是影响乡村治理体系现代化和治理能力提升的重要因素,在乡村社会治理中发挥着重要作用。有效挖掘和重构传统治理资源,有助于降低乡村社会治理成本、提高乡村社会治理绩效,进而推动乡村治理现代化。论文针对现代化进程对乡村治理提出的新挑战、新要求,抓住传统治理资源这一关键要素,探索挖掘文化资源、激活乡贤资源与整合组织资源的有效途径,以期为推进乡村治理现代化奠定重要基础。

As a vital factor of rural governance system and a necessary condition of enhancing the ability of rural govern- ance, the resources of rural governance is crucial to reduce rural society governance cost, improve the governance performance of rural society and achieve the modernization of rural governance. And traditional governance resources still play an important role in rural governance. Modernization process puts forward a new requirement to rural governance, so authors grab the key elements which called traditional governance resources, trying to explore effective ways of digging tional resource. All of these will cultural resources, activating fellow villager resources and integrating organizalay the foundation for promoting the modernization of rural governance.
