社会质量与居民幸福感--以广东四县(区)为考察对象

Social Quality's Impacts on Residents' Sense of Happiness——Taking Four Counties(Districts) in Guangdong as the Subject of Study

十八届三中全会以来,社会建设已上升为国家发展战略的重要组成部分。社会建设和社会治理创新的根本目的是提升社会质量,终极目标是实现社会和谐、人民幸福。基于此,本文从社会质量理论视角出发,以广东四县(区)为考察对象,探讨社会质量四个维度与居民幸福感之间的关系。研究发现,社会融入、社会经济保障、社会赋权与居民幸福感之间均呈显著相关;社会凝聚与居民幸福感没有统计上的显著相关性。基于对这些研究发现的讨论与分析,本文有针对性地提出了提升县域居民幸福感的政策建议,以期为县域社会治理创新提供理论借鉴和决策参考。

since the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, social construction and innovation of social governance have risen to be an important part of the national development strategy. The fundamental purpose of social construction is to enhance the quality of society, the ultimate goal is the social harmony, people＇s happiness. Based on this article explored the relationships between the four dimensions of social quality and residents happiness from the perspective of social quality theory, taking four counties （districts） in Guangdong as the cases. The findings include： there have significant correlations between social integration, social economic se- curity, social empowerment and residents＇ sense of happiness; there has significant correlations between social cohesion and residents＇ sense of happiness. Based on the discussion and analysis of the findings, ？ this paper puts forward policy recommendations to improve residents＇ sense of happiness, in order to provide theoretical resources and decision - makinz reference for the innnwtinn of social governance.
