县域工业集中区产城融合发展路径及规划策略研究——以陕西蒲城工业集中区为例

Research on Development Route and Planning Strategy of Industry-City Integration in County's Industrial Concentrated Area: A Case Study of Industrial Concentrated Area in Pucheng, Shanxi

以县域经济社会典型的"二元"性,分析了县域工业集中区的产城融合发展内涵与路径选择,认为其核心内涵是以新型工业化的发展方式推动三次产业之间的融合,以产业的融合发展突破园区边界,横向联动中小城镇与美丽乡村,形成地区高度协作,组团规模匹配,生态、生产、生活效率一体的城乡融合空间。同时,应以产业融合发展、区域协同一体、生态融合共生、多元管理共存的发展路径突破传统路径锁定。最后,以陕西蒲城工业集中区为实证研究,提出了相应的规划策略。

In the context of economic society＇s typical binary in county, the paper analyzes developing connotation and path selection of industry-city integration in county＇s industrial concentrated area, by using the way of new industrialization development to promote integration of three industries, utilizing integration development of the industry to break through concentrated area＇s boundary, linking mediumsmall towns with beautiful countryside. Also, the paper shows a new approach to break through traditional path, embrace integration development of the industry, integrate regional cooperation, ecological harmonious symbiosis and diversity of management coexisting. Finally, the paper takes industrial concentrated area in Pucheng, Shanxi as an example, and puts forward corresponding planning strategy.
