摘要
国内传统的矿区土地治理模式为"先开发,后治理",治理的滞后性造成矿区土地长达数年的农业生产停滞状态,经济与环境效益低下。本文采用比较分析法、统计分析法研究龙固煤矿首采区土地沉陷规律,制定首采区动态规划内容,包括时间上的分期规划和结构上的土地利用方式规划。并且综合分析首采区自然、社会条件,合理规划农业生产基础设施,通过发展农、林、牧、渔、游等生产方式重建龙固煤矿首采区农业类生产性景观。
"Developing firstly and then managing" is the traditional land management mode in Chinese mining area, which causes the mining area land with non-production status for years. In this paper, methods of comparative analysis and statistical analysis are used to find the land mine subsidence law in the first mining area in Longgu coal mine, and then formulate dynamic planning content which includes installment plan and structure plan. And ultimately rebuilding the Agricultural production landscapes through the development of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery, travel and other modes of production reconstruction in the first mining area is proposed.
