轨道交通站点对周边的城市商业起到了带动作用,而商业空间活力是多种因素综合影响的。本文通过软件分析和调研的方法,从空间和社会学两个层面,探析轨道交通站点协同开发模式下地下商业空间活力的影响因素。

Rail transit stations play a leading role in the surrounding local commerce, and the vitality of commercial space is influenced by a variety of factors. This paper, by using the method of software analysis and research from two aspects： space and sociology, analyzes the influencing factors of vitality of underground commercial space in rail transit station coordinated development mode.
