生本教育视野下的新型师生关系探讨

New Teacher-Student Relation from Perspective of Students-centered Education

在推行素质教育的当下,陈旧僵化的师本教育已无法使其更深更广地发展。在教育改革的呼唤下,生本教育应运而生,它是以学生为本的教育,教育宗旨是让学生自由成长,唤起学生的自觉能动性。在生本教育与传统教育的师生关系对比中,发现固有师生关系模式的缺陷和不足,对于和谐师生关系的建立,实现教师和学生课堂身份的转变,促进两者共同发展,具有积极的意义。

Nowadays quality education is carried out in China, and the old, rigid traditional teacher-centered education has been unable to promote its development to a deeper and wider degree. Under the call of education reform, the students- centered education arises at the historic moment. Student-centered education is a life-based education with the aim of letting life grow up freely and arousing students＇ initiatives. Compared with students-centered education, traditional education has its defects and insufficiencies. It is of positive significance to establish corresponding harmonious relationship between teachers and students, to realize the change of teachers and students class identity, and promote teachers＇ and students＇ common progress
