摘要
某厂600 MW汽轮机正常运行和打闸停机过程中,分别出现可倾瓦滑动轴承工作瓦块温度突升和低速碾瓦现象。通过对该汽轮机故障轴承进行揭瓦检查,发现顶轴油管断裂和油封环结合面螺栓松脱两大问题。结合实际工作经验,分析了导致汽轮机可倾瓦滑动轴承发生磨损的主要原因。并从轴承检查和检修维护方面切入,对同类汽轮机可倾瓦滑动轴承磨损问题的处理和预防展开了简要分析和说明,为后续相关工作的开展提供一定的参考和指导。
A 600 MW turbine experienced the abrupt rise of the temperature of the working pad in the titled pad sliding bearing and the pad grinding at low rotation speed during normal operation and the turbine halting. Checks on the opened pad of the fault bearing revealed that the oil pipe for shaft jacking oil system broken and that the bonding bolts on the oil seal bounding surface loosed. Based on the experiences the primary cause for the titled pad sliding bearing abrasion is analyzed and the treatment measures and prevention measurement for similar titled pad sliding bearing abrasion are proposed.
