Research on the Budget Management for Science and Technology Project in Electric Power Grid Enterprise

阐述科技项目预算的含义、目的、要求及工作过程,结合电网企业预算管理工作实践,提出科技项目预算规范化、精准化关键要素和相关措施,为提高预算水平,强化项目科学管理提供帮助。

This paper expatiates in first the meanings, objectives, requirements and process of the budget management for science and technology project. Based practice in the budget management of the science and technology project in the electric power grid enterprise,the key elements and measures to realize normalization and precision of budget control are proposed in order to improve budget management level and to strengthen scientifically project management.
