对福建省高校体育院系学生篮球裁判工作的探究

On College Students from Physical Education Department of Fujian Province Working as Basketball Referees

采用问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对福建省普通本科高校体育院系学生篮球裁判的工作情况进行调查分析.结果显示:福建省普通本科高校体育院系对学生篮球裁判的培养存在着教学目标不够明确,裁判课程开设较少,考级途径不够顺畅,学生态度不够积极等问题.应加强专业篮球教师的师资力量及对篮球裁判的教学力度,多开展篮球裁判知识课程及讲座,多给学生提供实践机会,为学生创造更多的篮球裁判晋级平台等,以提升福建省本科院系学生篮球裁判工作的水平.

Using the methods of questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics,this study investigates the situation of college student from PE Department of Fujian province working as basketball referees.Investigation shows that there is a lack of clear teaching objectives,the lack of the referee course,the unsmooth grading way and non-positive attitude among students.So measures should be taken to strengthen professional basketball teacher＇s efforts to the teaching of basketball referee,to carry out more professional courses and seminars,to provide students with more practice opportunities,to create more platforms for student＇s promotion in basketball referee and hence improve the level of basketball referee work among undergraduate students of Fujian province.
