珠三角区域是我国四大微电子产业基地,其中液晶平板显示产业和半导体照明LED产业优势尤为突出.分析了汕尾区域乃至珠三角区域半导体产业特点,基于本地区液晶平板显示和半导体照明LED产业优势明显,提出高职类微电子技术专业人才培养思路,紧密围绕本区域微电子产业的人才需求状况,以服务为宗旨,根据岗位职业能力构建专业课程体系,加强校内外实训基地建设及师资队伍建设,探讨高职类微电子技术专业"校企合作、工学结合、订单式培养"的人才培养模式.

The Pearl River Delta region has been one of China＇s four largest micro electronics industry bases,in which the LCD and LED industry are particularly prominent.The paper analyzes the characteristics of semiconductor industry in Shanwei city and the Pearl River Delta region,and proposes the training direction of professional talents in microelectronic technology major of higher vocational education based on the obvious advantages of LCD and LED industry in the local area.Besides,the paper puts forwards the talent training mode of ＂school-enterprise cooperation＂,＂linking learning with working＂and＂training with order＂.And this mode centers around the talents demand of regional microelectronics industry,takes the purpose of serving the local,constructs top-quality core courses surrounding with core professional abilities,structures professional curriculum system according to the position of professional ability,and strengthens the construction of practical training base and teaching staff inside and outside school.
