综合性医院内部设立专科药房探讨

The Discussing of Specialized Pharmacy Construction in the General Hospital

目的:探讨综合性医院内部专科药房运行过程中出现的利弊,寻求一种有效解决患者特别是门诊患者取药难的问题。方法:为解决患者集中取药造成长时间排队问题,我院依托各医疗中心建立多个专科药房,使患者合理分流,方便了患者取药。结果:专科药房设立后,方便了患者,增强了医、药协作,加强了药师专科知识的学习。结论:综合医院内部建立专科药房虽存在部分问题,但为解决门诊患者就诊不便提供了一种解决方法。

Objective： To seek an effective methods to solve the difficulty in the process of outpatient getting the medicine,during the discussing of specialized pharmacy construction in the general hospital. Methods： To solve the outpatients spend a lot of time to take medicine,depending on the various medical center,our hospital established multiple specialized pharmacy. This way made the outpatient reasonable divergence,convenient for them. Results： The specialized pharmacy was convenient to patients,and can increase the collaboration between the doctors and pharmacists,strengthen the study of medicine. Conclusion： Although there are some problems in the specialized pharmacy,but it provides a choice to solve outpatient＇s inconvenience.
